The Synthetic Fibre Round Sling to AS 4497 is a highly durable and flexible endless lifting sling designed for safe material handling, fully compliant with stringent Australian safety standards.
Polyester round slings manufactured to AS 4497 are synthetic endless slings made from high-strength polyester core yarn encased in a durable protective sleeve. Designed for heavy lifting applications in Australia, they are colour-coded by Working Load Limit (WLL) for easy identification.
These slings are ideal for lifting delicate loads such as tubes, polished components, and machinery, thanks to their soft surface and low-stretch characteristics. The endless configuration allows for multiple hitch methods (straight, choke, basket), distributing the load smoothly and reducing point loading.
